Hello from Australia I am utterly stuck on the mark on this candleholder. They have been tested and seem to be sterling (test goes bright red!), yet I cannot read the top part of the mark . It looks like it could be NYS, then three illegible marks. The rest can be seen and I hope someone recognises ...
Oh Thank you! I do not think I have ever seen a plating company add their mark to the backstamp before. And a beautifully Nouveau mark that is. It is underglaze too.
