Hi. For this item i was about 99% sure it was fake but I asked maybe that was a city mark I haven’t seen before. It’s not greed, nor ignorance or stupidity. I’m just trying to learn as much as I can about Russian silver and enameled silver. Bought a few marks books, read them, but my problem is that...

I was interested in buying a russian piece and the Hallmark looks a little odd to me, especially the letters in cy alphabet. Can you show some light on this? Thanks in advance.
