Found my own answer! This is the Paloma's Groove ring and is indeed from Tiffany & Co. The signature is Paloma Picasso!

Can anybody confirm if this is or is not a Tiffany & Co. ring? The hallmark is a bit worn so I am looking for a second opinion.
