I dont see the half moon either. I guess its worn.
The mark I see as the crown.
In combination with 800 I guessed at Germany - but very likely correct.

crown amd halfmoon = Germany.

its the Danish torch mark - representing good quality and craftmanship in silverplate.

when I saw the post this morning - the shape of the mark (heart) gave me the associasion of 1750 ties - the rococo period, but that is just a feeling.
