I found this item on a thrift store it has a hallmark wish i beleive is European but im not sure can someone help the hallmark is an 8 with a g next to it in the same box and next to it a j and an L with some sort of flower in between the letters

I found this in a thrift store i have search everywhere but cant figure out the hallmark can someone help
