Austro-Hungarian hallmark, Jewish Torah Finial

Jewish Torah Finial, had been in use in Eastern Galychyna (Galicia) until 1941. Vienna, c.1900, maker "J-K" If the somebody know who is it?

SH - may be Simha Herzog. If so, it was made in 1920th, probably, as the Shabbath candelstick, one from the pair. The round hallmark had been used as additional, for the small pieces added to the main one.

This decor, probabely, was born in the Russian Empire as the adoration for the Jewish kiddush cups for Pesach (the town on the cup is simbolical image of Jerusalem). Had been istributed in Central Europe via cups from the Israel Zachoder's factory, finally, it was gain a big popularity and copyed by...

German hallmark on goblet

Dear collegues!
Has there anybody met such maker's mark?
It`s Kiddush goblet from German. The goblet had been in use during the period before 1941.
