Does anyone recognise the mark on these odd single-struck Kings pattern teaspoons? I'm not certain that they're American, but the engraving suggests it. Miles http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/15_zpsbec3bb2b.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/16_zpsf86d5027.jpg
This fork is in the same style as the Venetian spoon I posted last week. Does anyone recognise any of the initial marks? FP and FC? I believe this spoon to be Venetian, early 18th century, with the angel mark. Does anyone recognise the makers' marks. The marks on the bowl seem to different to the one on the handle. You're quite right. The maker's mark is that of Thomas Watson, and this sugar bowl was made c.1800. The inscription was probably made by a shop owner sometime in the 20th century.
A late 19th century bowl with embossed and chased figures. I think the clue to working out where this is from lies in the script, but I don't recognise it. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/25_zps1ca794d7.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/26_zpse80d1453.jpg http://i64.p...
A curious salt cellar in Neo-Classical style. The peculiar script of the maker's mark makes me think it migth be South East Asian, but I don't have much idea. Miles http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/23_zpsd8f6d793.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/24_zps1c72d9f8.jpg
A bog-standard teaspoon, probably British-colonial with a mark I've never seen before. The mark is from one punch. Anyone recognise it? Miles http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/29_zps482fdc4c.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h200/granmaa/2_zpsf15a7c52.jpg
