grandmother's silver bowl

I need help in identifying (admin edit) for this bowl, as am executor for my mom. The mark is F.W. Whiting, I believe, and it is marked "sterling" but no 925 stamp, instead there is a number 6612. Also, there is a very faint F marked there, and did not see that listed under the Whiting mar...
