Hi! The box is not Finnish but either Norweigian or Danish. The silver mark is 830S, in Finland there is a different marking. Maker (capitals): KKOY (Kultakeskus Oy)
Purity: 813H (this is how finnish silver objects are marked, 813 for purity and H for silver)
City: Kultakeskus Oy has their factory in Hämeenlinna (1897- ).
