The tea glass holder is unfortunately not authentic Russian silver, the marks are imitating the very well known silver smith house of Gratchev but as said the mark is not authentic.

I want to comment that in the latter photo in my opinion the control mark is not stroke before but the makers mark is stroke deeper and the control mark on it not as deep. It might seem the other way. Thereby I consider the markings on both photos authentic.

The marks are to my opinion authentic, the kokoshnik mark is only somewhat worn, I don't see any reason for something else.

I consider it is an ordinary table knife, a fruit knife would be sharper at the end.

I see no special reason to think that the object would not be authentic. There are a few Gratshev mark where the double headed eagle is either on top or on the left of the mark, I think this is one of them. I myself have a few Gratshev pieces and this is my personal opinion.
