That form of the date letter for Sheffield silver is 1930/31. It is possible that W&D followed the assay office's date letters on their electroplate. Phil If the site is correct, they were not around by then anymore. I really love the pattern( and the lovely monogram) and wonder if one can find...

Still no information on the 'n' mark on this silver plated tray? It really does look like a date letter of some kind.
