I had a closer look at crown. It seems to be a coronet of a marquess. Still trying to figure out if it is Austrian, German or Polish.

Good day Here is another tea spoon. It only got the fineness mark and makers mark VK for I think J.M van Kempen & Zonen. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully our local jeweler are good enough to fix it. I know he do time to time fix silver.
This pig is exactly the same as one by Levi & Salaman that was made a year earlier, I believe it's most likely by them.
