I went through 4 batteries, but this is the best I could do. I will say that the stamp appears to be 8 sided, though it doesn't look that way in the image.when I got the ring, that groove was level with corrosion,took me two days to get THAT much out of it. Initials on a ladies claddagh

I found a lovely sterling and marcasite claddagh at a yard sale. Thanks to the resources on your site, I know it's Ireland,Dublin Assayer,1838, but I coud find no reference to the makers initials, I.S.J. Can anyone help?
