It is probably originally a spoon then made to a bangle, as the three towers mark is almost(?) never used for jewellery.

Holger Kyster is btw known for making cutlery after Thorvald Bindesbøll's patterns, but this is probably one of his own patterns.

It could very well be the Danish silversmith Hans Jensen. He made a lot of different silverware. His mark was H.J.

The pattern is called Dansk Krone, literally Danish crown.
I'm not sure who the maker is. Dansk Krone Sølv (Danish Crown Silver) is stated for the auction results I can find.

I think it might be Danske Guldsmedes Sølvvarefabrik, even though the mark isn't too clear. They made lots of silverware in the middle of the 20th century.
Danske Guldsmedes Sølvvarefabrik is Danish for Danish Goldsmiths' Silverware Factory.
It was based in the town of Slagelse.

I would say that the maker is probably Emil O. Möller.
It would fit with the mark and he (they?) made art deco type pieces.
