Maker Mark worn off of cake server

I have this cake server and the stamp on the handle is so worn off I can't figure out the maker. Ultimately I'm trying to figure out what pattern this is. Flatware Markings

I'm trying to identify this sterling silver flatware set. The marking, a knight above a shield with a S inside the shield, looks very similar to Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. Would anyone confirm that is correct? Also there is a mark that says E. KELLER & SONS. Why are there 2 company markings...

Hallmark Identification

I'm trying to identify this hallmark on a sterling silver bowl. I've been searching the site for this hallmark. Possibly the mark isn't stamped completely and that's why I can't find a perfect match.
