Hi, I have a pair of candlesticks and do not know this mark. They look and feel like silver and have a monogram/engraving on one side for 1828. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, from the marks I determined that the pin is 833 silver and that the 78 corresponds to 1878. I wanted to make sure that those assumptions were correct and also to see if anyone knows what the castle mark and makers mark could be.
