Pictured but hard to read this piece is stamped Taxco Mexico 9?5 around the inside of the circle. The initials in the center read SBA although I can not be 100% about the A. It also says Mexican Sterling and has what looks like it could be a faded eagle with a 1. Actually it could be almost anything...
