Any way to date these?

Help With Maker's Mark and Proper Name For A Piece

I have the 2 pieces shown and they are hallmarked with the Birmingham city mark, the British .925 mark and the letter M which I think is the 1910 M. The maker's mark is either I.C or L.C and I tend to think it is the former. Also would like to know the proper term to use when describing the article ...
