Does anyone recognize the picture on the front of the case of the lady being grabbed by the man/soldier? I imagine it is not an original artwork but perhaps a copy of a famous painting? Only a guess though.

10-15 is a quality mark usually associated with Baltimore. The other marks are pseudo marks, which are hard to attribute to a particular maker as the letters don't generally refer to the maker.
