I believe that the kovsh is authentic but in this case Marshak is seller. The maker's mark is under the mark of Marshak.

The maker is Исаак Юрович (Isaak Yurovich) who worked in Odessa in the late 1830s - early 1840s.

I have no doubt that this is Persian silver but I want to identify the maker. I well remember the topic of the Parvaresh silver but it seems to me that Parvaresh's marks differ from the marks on the teapot.

The assayer is Василий Васильев (Vasiliy Vasiliyev). He worked in 1852-1857. The maker is Иван Чулков (Ivan Chulkov) known from the early 1850's to the late 1880's.

You are absolutely right - the maker is Ivan Vasilevich Zakharov. The assayer is Alexander Staheevich Kudrin (Александр Стахиевич Кудрин). He worked in 1878-1882. Information from address-reference books "All Moscow" (адресно-справочные книги "Вся Москва").
