Yes it's British. I'm sure you are correct. George Nathan and Ridley Hayes would seem to be the people and from that the 1905 date also seems correct. I was a little confused by the "E" date letter but thought it must be 1905 not 1730. Presumably it's possible for an inscription to be added to an ea...
