It, probably, manufacture James Dixon & Sons. England midle 20c.

This is not silver. Letter shown the price in russian rubles and manifacturing. Date about 1970-1990.

Here is another pic of the whole item (I have 40 pieces with this hallmark). I am suprised to learn that it may be french with 84 zolotnik...
