Hi, You are supposed to see something like this: maker’s mark on the left, and Soviet star guarantee mark used after 1958. From left to right: Letter in Cyrillic alphabet indicating assay office (cannot be number 4). Then star with the hammer and sickle within it, then 925. Regards https://abload.de...
Hi, Rather than letter G it looks like crescent and crown for German Reichsmark for silver (.800 standard in this case). See here: https://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_marks_a1884.html Crescent and crown mark was not uniform, and almost every maker had it in different form. Regards https://abload.de/img...

"Antique Umbilical Cord Scissors" or ‚‚Stork scissors‚‚ Almost always in form of a stork. Have not seen lion like yours, and besides, the tip looks like if it was meant to pick up something. Regards
Hi, It is Hanau: 1. There are numerous Hanau items marked only with N and 13 without maker`s mark. 2. Looks like typical Hanau fancy grape shears (?). 3. Overall Hanau aspect
