Thank you, Pat, for the quick reply. I checked the Birmingham mark, but not the same. I am located in Canada-maybe it is a Canadian maker?

Tea service marked B Bros in a curvy shield

I have 3 pieces, pot, sugar and creamer marked with B Bros in a curvy shield. Beneath this symbol are 4 more, not all clear-first looks like stylized E, second capital P, third -another mystery . and the fourth .capital S with line thru it...below these is nbr 397...is this sterling, or plate? Thanks for the quick response. Now, when I figure out how to post a photo, I will show the entire spoon. But I did search all the avail. sales and my pattern didn't come up. Is there a website sponsored by Wallace that is complete? Regards, Empress

Sterling Cutlery...American?

I have flatware pieces with these marks: capital H in circle, RM in capital script, deer head with antlers, sort of cubic plus sign with frills, and S sign with diagonal stroke thru it...followed by STERLING...Looked thru all Wallace patterns I could unearth, but no luck...Can someone please offer a...
