The letters are very clear on the spoon ,just hard to see in my pictures, sorry. The initials are TOF on the spoons, I have a set of 12 all by the same maker all have the same letters on them. I do appericate the help with these because I have looked in all the books that I could find at the libary ...

Thanks for the info on dateing this spoon, according to the chart the spoon was made oct. 27 , 1879. I thought the EP under the crown meant it was electroplated. I am still unable to id the makers mark. I am posting a better picture of the makers mark in hopes somebody might reconize it. Thanks agai...
