My grandparents brought these candlestick holders with them from Ukraine in 1923. I just inherited them. I can make out the hallmark which is a "3" to the left of a head, then a letter which I can't quite make out. I think these are from Poland, and the "3" refers to the .800 purity. but next to tha...
