Sorry for this mistake about the ''head of boar'' , Blackstone. Confusion with the Spawn hallmark... Anyway, i tried to take a better picture of the crab mark but unfortunately it is not clear enough to find out the provincial mark...

One more thing AG2012: what's your opinion about the french "head of boar" on this dish where as it is a portuguese dish? Do you thing custom officers thought it was a franch dish as they don't know thoses marks?

One more thing: it is usual with french filled silver knife to find hallmark only on handle as far as blades are steel made.

Note that i suggest mixed metal. Which on french looks like bellow:
