Don't think it's Dutch though now as shape doesn't fit...But could be French??...The scrolling handle and finial match some French pots I have seen...and are a few French makers out there...Henry, Théodore ,Herbin, Toussaint who mark T.H....

Excuse my obvious ignorance of silver and marks...Could it possibly be a Dutch or French piece do you think?

By the way,could you reccomend a good comprehensive book on silver halmark recognition?

Maybe Theophilus Harvey of Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland? Anyone heard of him? Seems are other solid silver pieces around only marked TH...Guess more investigation needed.
