I have got a silver coffeespoon with an (to me) unknow hallmark.

First I tought that it was Christiaan van der Pesch, but at zilver.nl that is clearly another hallmark.
Is this Dutch? And who is the maker.

I tried to make a picture of the Minerva head on the sail, but the mast is just in front of the hallmark, and I can’t get my camera to focus. Here is the result.
