Hello I am new here and I am trying to help my father-in-law with the details of this tea set...I wonder if anyone can help . I am thinking RWB is Richard W Burbidge then there is the crown,then the lion and V.....he bought it in Harrogate many years ago and has been told it was made for Harrods. ht...
