I have some doubts about the Ovtschinnikov mark (I can not see who of the Ovtschinnikovs was the maker - unclear photo ). Not every cup is a kiddush cup and not every spoon is a caviar spoon! Silver and caviar taste like sulphur. Caviar spoons are made of horn, bone , mother of pearl, wood, maybe plastic but never of silver. For Serbian silvermarks Google may help - the photo of the spoon´s marks are not clear enough ...
