This is the maker's mark of Charles Eloi Haeghen who had his activity at 29 cour Saint-Martin, Paris during the period 1807-1813.

The symbol used by Edouard Ernie is a gaiter (une guêtre)
Personnally I think you should look for Ernest Eck, 5 rue Beaurepaire Paris, who's symbol are two stars pierced vertically and separated by a pellet.

The "Dictionnaire..." shows two different marks in a lozenge.
Presumably the third mark of 19 May 1849 is a square mark for silverplate.

French silversmith François Laslier

Good evening,

I know that François Laslier worked at 380 rue Saint-Denis in Paris during the period 1836-1848.
Does anyone has more info related to this silversmith ?
For instance in what year did Puiforcat bought his company ?

The marks belongs to the manufacturer of tableware Georges Montibert.
He was active in Lyon from 1930 until 1969.
His shop was first located at 28 rue Notre-Dame and as from 1952 at 49 rue Germain in Lyon.
The symbol is indeed a propeller.

The second mark is in use for solid silver pieces.
In your case both marks are of the same maker
