Through my research, I believe this is from Chester, England, 1904, 9 karat. I'd like confirmation of that if I'm right, corrections if I'm wrong. I'm a bit puzzled by the T&S as They look similar to E.J. Trevitt & Sons but the E. J. initials seem to be surrounded by circles. I'm also not 10...
