silver ingot markings

hi i'm trying to find out the markings on this ingot (image below). from the charts i figure its birmingham sterling but the letter 'c' denotes 1902 which somehow doesnt seem right as the queens head is also present. ideas anyone? thanks http://members.iinet.net.au/~carbon73/silver-ingot.jpg

Hi

ive got the same ingot you describe and would also like to know what the symbols mean - im a total noob with silver- im not even sure where i got this item - anyway here's a pic of it and any help appreciated
