Re: Russian Silver Shot Cups

@Dad I don't know what to say any more. You claim that this ЛИ (Luka Lozinskij) is the same master as ИЕЗ . However, heavy discussions in the past have been kept about this ИЕЗ mark. Some claim he is Igor Zavijanov others that he is Israel Eseevich Zakhoder. Now you come up with a third name i.e. L...

Thanks

I think it is the counterfeit french marks too. A la from 18 century.

Second mark look like "Rene Pierre Ferrier".

Goldstein, you are right. Under the first mark a part of the Russian mark of 1830 is visible. (МК/1830)

Hi. I think it really the import mark of the Russian Empire on european item. Period of "early kokoshnik to left". The first months of 1899. Small size of figures "84". We know about this type of hallmarks very little. They have quickly been replaced with a "usual kokoshnik ...

Re: Ilya Egorovich Sorokin ; manufacture mark ???

Hi.

The second punch is not the Soviet (Estonian) punch. These are two marks (together with "ГЦ") from Odessa, 1899-1908. One of them the maker, another - the seller.
"ГЦ" - maybe "Г.Цитрин" ( G. Tsitrin )
