I have more than a dozen very early bolo ties (late 1940's - early 1950's?) all stamped with the same "Fat H" stamp. That is my name for it. It is not in Barton Wright's Hallmarks book, as far as I can see. The orientation with the stamp 'Sterling' suggest that it is like a 'H Bar' brand, ...
