This one if we just worked with the super tiny marks on lid edge may prove difficult to determine much, maybe someone can determine whats what from the edge marks, however what may put me on the right road is the lid top, within the pattern you can see 13 which will be 13 Loth and a date let...

I am not 100% sure if its ivory and will not be doing the destructive test to find out , if I was pushed I would say ivory but just not the full 100% sure on it.

Pity no one seems to know maker to possibly narrow down the date of the box.
