Looks to me like a Londom hallmark for 1913, & maker's mark of Reid & Sons.

I would agree, a similar piece with the same mark having gone through my hands recently, Thomas William, Henry & Louis Dee, whose mark was registered in 1859.

I make it 1973 not 1993, which would have the Rose as a mark, not the crown as shown.

It looks to me like the mark of the fairly well known London maker of decanter labels, Margaret Binley.

That seems a very patronising answer to an innocent question. Although it may seem an obvious question to 'experts' it is actually interesting to others
