Thanks Trev, Dinio and Oel All three of you are right! I agree it is Hanau silver and fits the marks you have mentioned. It is not a place I would have started looking...I guess they fooled them them as they they do now! I think anyone starting out on silver collecting must first of all have a crash...

Please can some one out there help me identify the makers mark.
