Can you please advise me how to reduce the size of my files for attachment.

This top appears to be silver with gilt finish...it has 4 hallmarks. GW (as shown), then the passant lion, then the Chester mark, and finally an F (as shown.

My months long search has been fruitless. Help is greatly appreciated.
