Help with filigree bracelet marks

Hello, I can't find any info on the makers mark on this filigree bracelet, I think it is 'GV' with three stars above it. Any help would be appreciated! http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6116/6325168027_d29b962e1c.jpg http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6055/6316730224_389e6a507e.jpg

1900 Birmingham Kilt Pin

Hello, I'm looking for any information on a kilt pin that is stamped Birmingham 1900 sterling silver. I was wondering if there is any way to tell if it is Scottish and who the maker is. Thank you! Need help identifying old filigree brooch

It has blue and white enamel and has oxidized to a black color. http://www.flickr.com/photos/veycourtcottage/4663981816/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; htt...
