I have an answer but it is a bit vague. Take a closer look at the marks and you will find that they are over marked with other marks. Don't ask me why. Look at the cartuoche with the L mark. Is it rectangular or round e.g. Lidköping or Linköping in Sweden? The maker's mark is also difficult read,...

The thing is, that are able to read Swedish or not. If you are able, try to get "Svenskt Silversmide 1520-1850", printed in 2000. There is also a book continuing from 1850 to 1912 but that book is almost impossible to get because it is sold out. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any books in...
