It is Arthur Worral Staniforth and looks to be a fruit knife.

Trying to identify town and makers mark of spoon

I recently purchased a pre 1886 German spoon at a local auction room, as part of a lot of Georgian silver I wanted and have looked through the German town marks etc on 925 and searched the forum (and only ting I found out was that it is pre 1886) but still not sure / unable to pin down maker and tow...
