Nothing particularly significant here so far as I know, but Alpheus E Noe was born in Raway, New Jersey in about 1822. In 1860 he was at the U S Mint in Philadelphia.

Duhme as the maker and Elias as the retailer does look like it is most likely. Henry P Elias was born in Wales in about 1832 and was serving a jewelry dealer apprenticeship with Joseph Draper in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1850. Alexander Keim can be found in Gopsill's Philadelphia City Directory For 1881 listed as a silversmith at 723 Bennett.
