the only information I found on this was a graph that had all the date stamps for this maker. This mark (the one that looks like a flower) was for 1939.
I have a pair of silver candlestick that I can't find any information on. The mark may be hard to read so it reads Washington - then 3 shields with the letters F, S, G or C (?) - then a logo (most likely the date mark) - then the number 1729.
