Thanks for your reply... Would you know how long they were in business and if they still are? I am trying to date this piece.
Also any chance you know what they call this style of spoon?

Hello All, I am hoping someone can help me Id this spoon... It has the impressed mark Clark and True on the back with a CT and the word sterling Does anyone know anything about this maker, history etc.... or maybe what type of spoon it is. Followup: Need Help with a Sterling "R" Hallmark I

Further research shows that the tag was wrong. This mark was for the Canadian firm "Roden Brothers". They were purchased by Birks in 1928. I don't think this company is in the database here, if someone wants to add it - you are very welcome to use my photos. Best Regards, Herb

Need Help with a Sterling "R" Hallmark ID...

Hello all. Thanks for checking out this post. I have a pair of small sterling nut dishes with a hall mark that reads "Sterling Silver" & a "R" inside a square. Attached the the dishes when I got them was a tag that read "CDN RODIN". CDN might stand for Canadian? I've been trying to search online...
