I was not sure where to post this, I have no idea whether it is silver plate or silver. But any help identifying these marks would be most appreciated:

Help With Identifying marks.

Hi I have been trying to find the makers of the silver plate hip flask. (it could be stainless steel I am not sure) . The makers mark is a diamond with a a large A with what looks like BPC formedround the A. The end mark looks the symbol for Capricorn. Any help appreciated. http://i344.photobucket.c...

I am sorry I can't get a very clear picture of the initials JJ on the top nodule thingy. It is Chester Assay, the 3 sheafs without 'garb'. On the ring chain nodule it has the letters JJ stamped, the only makers I can find JJ is Richard Attenborough Jay, 1899-1904, but the date mark looks like the U ...
