Yet another bookmark I have with an unknown hallmark. It could be Canadian. On the blade is written Victoria BC. At the top there is a crest made of enamel. The inscription, "Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense" means 'evil to him who evil thinks' in old Norman French. It is finished in a gold wash ...
