It’s not listed in Per Østby’s book on Norwegian marks but there is an A.F Anthonius Frisch - Oslo 1856-1916. His mark is described as ‘A.Frisch’ though. I have seen Norwegian makers use different variations of initials and name.

the text is very difficult to read and translate. I came up with following version:
"All zeit frölich und frisch gewagt
Dabey guraschi und unverzagt
So wird er von Kamandern verjagt"

"guraschi" is a very old word for courage, but ist not in use anymore
Never heard of the Word "Kamandern ...
