Re: Help me to identifie this mark. Is this sandinavian?

It has to be Danish.
It spells "haandarbejde" , with dob A and J. In Norwegian it is "håndarbeide".

Re: Norway hallmark

The reason is that it is difficult to burn enamel on 830/1000 silver. 925/1000 has a higher meltpoint. We have allways used 925 with enamel.
Marius Hammer, Bergen is the onlyone I knew that used 830 sometimes.

Re: Info on Norwegian silversmith, J. Bryde, please

No, I have never heard a name of the patter.
Jens Bryde had a workshop in Drammen from 1847 until 1870. Then he moved to Christiania/Oslo and started up a workshop there and when he died in 1877 his nephew William Bryde took over.

The pattern is not uncommen in Norway. I've seen it from different silversmiths too, but not in all parts of cutlery.

K.A.Rasmussen

The Norwegian producer K.A.Rasmussens founder is Knut Andreas Rasmussen - not Karl.
It is written Karl everywhere and it is so wrong.
